Me and my husband are fitness enthusiasts and adventure junkies. We decided to get a YOLOFIT experience as a part of our South-East Asia travelling program and it had surpassed all our expectations. First of all – fitness part. The combination of workouts and activities IS varied and diversified, it keeps you pumped and excited all the time. It isn't easy, every day was a challenge, but that kind of challenge, when you feel deep satisfaction by the end of the day.
It was a great experience overall, full of different activities, some were at the resort, which was simply perfect, but we also hiked across bamboo forests, swam in amazing waterfalls, cycled through the nicest fields, etc. It was a great group, the food and the weather was amazing. Everything was perfectly planned and organized, and Anton made sure we all reached our individual goals but at the same time had a good time.
I've always wanted to reignite my fitness routine after years at a desk job! I decided to travel to Chiang Mai not only to experience the exotic landscapes but get my strength and body back in shape. I met Anton and he not only taught me how to plan my workouts but also how to enjoy fitness! From undiscovered hikes to waterfalls to jungle workouts with bamboo and ropes, it was an unforgettable fitness adventure. I've got my body fat percentage down 3% in a single week but my best takeaway was falling in love with fitness again. Thank you Anton for sharing your creativity and passion in training with me!
Apart from the side that it's a great way to spend vacation, as it's interesting and perfectly organized, it's also the best way to get a "magic kick" and get back into shape. Anton is a great specialist with deep knowledge and big experience, he's fanatic with very specific and awesome approach to a customer, which I don't even know how to describe, I guess people who have trained with him, know what I mean.
Anton somehow manages to get the best out of us both! He has so much patience with me! His activities are always both varied and exciting, meaning that we never get bored and every day is a surprise! He's so knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to fitness that I feel genuinely confident that we will get results and we won't injure ourselves!
It's always intimidating to go to the gym especially when you're not confident. But after training with Anton for two and a half weeks, I didn't only lost 6kg, I've found my confidence again in my body and my technique. Anton's focus and dedication to teaching me the right technique in each excercises, plus improving my stamina and strength really inspired me to not give up! It was tough and painful but worth every drop of sweat.
Anton is a patient, encouraging & responsible trainer. Be rest assured you're in safe hands if you're out in the open trails with his fascination for wildlife & being always medic, water and snack ready. Not only did I loose 2 kgs & 6 cms off my waist in a week, I also broke my 21 year old smoking addiction! Despite the variety of workout types & intensity totaling to 7-8 hours daily, I left injury free. A recommended for anyone who wants to kickstart a healthier stronger self. We can all be better. And he's someone who can help.
I've had a lot of trainers over the years and Anton is one of the best because he: (1) is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, and; (2) listens and adapts to his clients' abilities and preferred training styles. Anton pushes you to be your best without going beyond your boundaries - for example if there was something in circuit training I couldn't do, he would adapt and try different ways until there was a modified version I could do, rather than me giving up or sitting something out.
I am professional tennis coach and my job is related to moving, running, exercising and being outdoors big time within a day. Nevertheless, signing up for a fitness program for me was a challenge, but also a chance to level up my professional endurance and increase my body's fitness capacity, which is very much needed because working 'in a field' for 8-10 hours a day, in a long term, can be draining and, as a consequence – exhausting and demotivating. Yolofit is a great combination of what you love in fitness and holidays, spiced with personal challenges and great senses of achievement...

Second – food. Travelling SEA it's super hard to stay in shape, cause food temptations are too big. Our menu was healthy, delicious and perfectly balanced, which made possible to try local food and lose a couple of kilos at the same time. Big and pleasant surprise.
And the last (the main) part – it DOES feel like you are on vacations. Anton took us to amazing and stunning places, where, apparently, not many of usual tourists are lucky to get to. Despite all that hard work you do during the day, watching gorgeous waterfall or endless horizon from the mountain peak, makes you feel like you've really deserved it. Incredible feeling! Brought back the whole big "pack" of good memories! Thank you Anton, thank you YOLOFIT!
When I booked this last-minute holiday, I wasn't really sure what I was signing for, I'm not much of a sporty person but the idea of an active week, eating healthy and in a warm country sounded good enough to go for it without giving it much thought.
Once there, I realised that it was not what I expected, the boot camp wasn't a joke, it was hard and intense, but I can only say it changed me in many ways. It's not only about losing weight or being stronger after just a week, I learnt I'm way stronger mentally and physically than I ever thought.

I definitely recommend his boot camp, being in a different country with a bunch of strangers doing things that I have never done before was challenging, but Anton makes it easy and at the same time he respects your space. I definitely will do it again but hopefully, for two weeks instead of one, the experience whilst there was great but what I got from it, even better.

I do windsurfing and roller skating competitively. And, as I live in a country with four seasons, every year it's a bit of a pain to get back on track after an off-season, and if indoor skating helps to maintain the tonus, getting back on water requires much more time to wake up the muscle memory and recover skills. Exercising in a gym is not very efficient and, to be honest, quite boring for me, as I prefer it more interesting and dynamic. YOLOFIT program became a great find for me. Apart from the side that it's a great way to spend vacation, as it's interesting and perfectly organized, it's also the best way to get a "magic kick" and get back into shape. Anton is a great specialist with deep knowledge and big experience, he's fanatic with very specific and awesome approach to a customer, which I don't even know how to describe, I guess people who have trained with him, know what I mean. He trained, me focusing on developing motoric skills, which are specific to my sports, apart from overall fitness improving program. I found it super helpful and brought a few of his workouts back home to practice in my gym during the off-season.
What I most like about working with Anton is the way he changes his approach for each and every client. My friend prefers the tough love method whereas I'm not good at being told what to do...... And Anton somehow manages to get the best out of us both! He has so much patience with me! My favourites were the obstacle course outdoors which improved my strength and were really fun! I have now started my own fitness journey back home and can't wait to see how I've improved at Anton's next boot camp!

As my fitness progressed he made sure I didn't plateau (getting better at hiking? add ankle weights!) and I learned how quickly I could push myself to the next level. On top of all this he is a super interesting guy with lots of stories and new things to teach you. If you are dedicated and have a spirit of adventure, I can't recommend Yolo Fit enough.

Guys are great specialists, with big experience and deep knowledge, far beyond usual knowledge of a usual trainers in a gym. They take care of you, lead and motivate, and they are amazing at what they do! I'm happy with my results and happy with the experience. Came back home like a new level human and with heaps of wonderful memories.
